Our Story

My name is PJ Kirker, and I started Trophy Cat Tackle in March 2020 in Hamilton, Ohio. Catfishing has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Some of my best childhood memories are weekend camping trips, sitting by the lake, fishing with family and enjoying everything that comes with being outdoors.

Trophy Cat Tackle was built from that lifelong passion for catfishing and a desire to offer anglers dependable gear at prices that make sense.

We don't believe in selling products we wouldn't trust ourselves. Our gear is tournament and torture tested to make sure it can handle hard-fighting fish, heavy current, tough conditions, and long days on the water.

We're constantly looking for ways to improve our products and take them to the next level in durability, performance, and reliability.
